I want everyone to be able to use this website comfortably, including people with disabilities. I use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a guide and continue to improve the site over time.

What I’ve done

Organized each page with a clear heading structure
Added text descriptions to meaningful images
Chosen text and background colours for easy reading
Given buttons and form fields clear, descriptive labels
Designed the site to work on phones and tablets as well as computers

Some links on this site lead to websites I don’t control, such as MLS® listing pages, my brokerage’s listing site and social media. Those sites may not meet the same accessibility standards.
